Cranemaster is excited to welcome Lech Wykretowicz to our team as our new Mechanical Analysis Engineer.  Lech brings rich engineering experience and passion for advanced dynamic analysis to the Company.

Educational Background and Career Journey

Lech holds a degree in Marine Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology, one of the top technical universities in Poland. Over the years, he has worked across various industries, contributing to numerous high-profile engineering projects.

Exciting New Challenges at Cranemaster

At Cranemaster, Lech will focus on the dynamic analysis of offshore operations, particularly involving our shock absorbers and heave compensators. These components play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of heavy-lift operations. Lech will help us continue to innovate and optimize our solutions.

One of the exciting projects Lech has already been working on, involves analyzing pile-run protection systems. “Recently, I had the opportunity to simulate an offshore piling system with a 1000-ton hammer falling during a pile-run. It was thrilling to calculate the forces in the system and to optimize the properties of the Cranemaster shock absorber which will mitigate dynamic loads and protect heavy, expensive equipment” Lech shares.

Why Cranemaster?

Lech chose to join Cranemaster because of our innovative approach to engineering and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology. “Cranemaster builds impressive equipment and develops smart solutions. I was also attracted by the company’s strong position in the market and its robust business case,” he says.
