Prepare high-quality technical documentation.
Prepare technical proposals that match customer needs.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a quick response.
Visit customers nationally and internationally to build strong business relationships.
Create valuable marketing content demonstrating our technical expertise.
Participate in sales and marketing activities to increase our visibility and success.
Provide a good handover to the engineering department.
