Henning Sira brings more than 16 years of engineering experience to Cranemaster, where he works on the design, optimisation and delivery of shock absorbers and passive heave compensation systems for offshore lifting. Since joining in 2023, he has been a key contributor in translating complex lifting requirements into robust, engineered solutions built for harsh offshore environments.

Before Cranemaster, Henning spent nearly 15 years at TechnipFMC, progressing from Senior Design Engineer to Specialist Design Engineer. His work there spanned high-integrity subsea equipment, advanced mechanical design and cross-disciplinary engineering challenges—giving him a deep understanding of reliability, safety and performance in demanding offshore operations.

Henning holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU, complemented by a BA in Digital Animation from the University of Hertfordshire. His background gives him an blend of technical precision and visual/3D design insight.
