Jan Zielinski brings extensive technical and leadership experience from his service in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, as well as specialized training in Motion Compensation Systems for offshore applications, including both Passive and Active Heave Compensation. He has also held managerial roles, including factory manager, where he gained solid operational and people leadership experience. Jan holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a focus on Marketing Management, Project Management, HR Management, Team Development, and Action-Based Leadership. With his hands-on approach and a focus on collaboration, Jan is committed to helping customers find solutions that improve performance and reliability.
