Lech is a Mechanical Analysis Engineer at Cranemaster, specializing in dynamic analysis of marine lifting and landing operations for the offshore oil & gas and wind industries. He brings over 20 years of shipbuilding and offshore engineering experience, including key roles at Yara International and VARD, where he contributed to pioneering projects such as the Yara Birkeland, the world’s first zero-emission, autonomous container vessel.

Holding a Master of Science in Marine Engineering and Ship Technology from Gdańsk University of Technology, Lech combines deep technical expertise with practical project experience. He is dedicated to helping customers achieve safe, efficient, and optimized offshore operations through reliable engineering solutions.
